Return Policy
At SelectPrimeStore we strive for customer satisfaction. However, there are some limitations to our return policy:


Incorrectly Sent Address

We do not offer refund or replacement if customers have provided an incorrect shipping address. Please make sure all your information is correct before placing an order.


Return Policy

Refunds can only be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • Return Policy: Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. They must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Return Label: A return label will be provided by our customer service after the return request is approved. Items must be returned with this label.
  • Returns Period: Refunds will only be accepted if requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Restocking and Shipping Fees: If your return is approved, a restocking fee of X% and shipping costs of €X will be deducted from the refund amount.

How do you request a refund?

Send an email to infoselectprimestore@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days .


Important: Prior Approval Required

Please make sure to contact us before returning any products. We cannot process any returns that have not been approved by our customer service team.


Changes to Orders

Changes to your order are possible within 12 hours of placing the order. This includes:

  • Changes in size
  • Change of address
  • Cancellations

After 12 hours we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible as your order may already have been processed and shipped.


International Shipping

For orders outside the Netherlands, customs duties, taxes and other charges are not included in our prices. It is the customer's responsibility to check and cover any additional charges due to local tax laws.


Discounted Items

Items on sale cannot be returned or refunded. Please make sure you understand this before purchasing discounted items.


European Union 14 Days Reflection Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period , during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return during this period, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as you received it.
  • Unused, with tags and in original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
