1. Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery time is between 7-14 business days . In exceptional cases, such as busy periods or customs delays, delivery may take up to 28 days .
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders. This includes tracking so you can easily follow the progress of your delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter this number on our Track Order page to see the current status of your shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and additional fees depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
Changes to the shipping address can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Please check your address carefully during checkout.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging. Contact us at info @selectprimestore .com to start the return process.
How do I return an item?
To return a product, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a return label. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Are there any charges for returns or restocking?
A 10% restocking fee may apply and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.
When will I get my money back?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days . The amount will appear in your account within 3-5 business days , depending on your bank.

6. European Union 14-day cooling-off period
What is the 14-day cooling-off period in the EU?
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
