Processing Time & Order Tracking
Orders are processed between Monday and Saturday and are shipped within 2-4 business days . You will receive a Track & Trace code via email shortly after placing your order, allowing you to easily track your shipment through our Track Your Order page.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7-14 days . In rare cases, such as holidays or extreme weather conditions, delivery may take up to 28 days . We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on your order's progress.
Haven't Received Your Package Yet?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
